Program Governance


At the program level , the Director of OMI oversees the three main functions in the organization ie, Programs, Finance and Administration and Quality Assurance. The people in charge of the three main functions, in turn supervises the function of each project in their own capacities.

  • Systematically filled intake forms, attendance register, visit by the coordinators / donors etc.
  • Quarterly and annual report based on process indication and outcome indicators.
  • Periodic evaluation process by internal and external experts in the field.
